About the role
Interested in working with Scout Discoveries, but don't see a role that fits right now? We'd still like to hear from you.
Scout Discoveries is an agile, growing mineral exploration company based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Scout is vertically integrated by design, which keeps discovery costs down and lets the company explore more often, learn faster, and keep the economics in its own hands.
Just as deliberately, Scout takes great care of its people, building a culture of entrepreneurship, learning, and looking out for one another, made up of people who believe in the mission and in this industry. In Idaho, Scout is the largest holder of unpatented claims and one of the state's most active explorers, across three Tier One mining districts with projects in gold, silver, and copper.
We drill. We discover. We do it again, until discovery stops being luck.
